FITLIFE takes Group Training to the next level. A challenging and diverse new workout everyday, using free weights, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX suspension training, and so much more.

Group Training Sessions are limited to 12 members, this ensures that you receive the direction and motivation that WILL make you successful. We hire only Certified Personal Trainers, professionals who are in the business of getting YOU results.

We focus on functional movements, that challenge you through weight training, cardiovascular exercise, and balance work. We design the workout to be the most effective combination of these components. Do your part and show up, and you WILL get results.

Group Sessions are 30 minutes long, and includes warm up, cool down, and stretch. We offer Group Sessions through unlimited monthly membership, or punch cards.
