FITLIFE Personal Group Training is available 6 days a week, with our 30 minute Bootcamp classes. Monthly membership or punch cards available.

FITLIFE Bootcamp is the most effective combination of strength, cardiovascular and balance exercise all in one class. Your time is valuable, don’t waste it waiting for a machine, or fighting for a spot in a group fitness class. We limit class size to 12 members, ALWAYS. The personal attention keeps you accountable, and WILL get you results.

New to exercise? No worries. We have modifications ready for you if needed!

FITLIFE One-on-One or couples training packages will take your fitness to the next level, offering the ultimate in individualized attention.
